They return home and Heidi loves that Billy is losing weight but doesn't realize it isn't from natural causes. She soon starts to think that Billy may be sick or have cancer since he is losing weight and not on a diet. Heidi wants Billy to have a checkup with Dr. Houston who he hadn't seen in 18 months. Billy knows that he isn't sick and when he hops on the scale at home it read 229. Now Billy could see the numbers instead of just his stomach. Billy tried to say that the scale weighs light but after Heidi tested it with a 10 pound bag of sugar she found that it weighed heavy. Billy says that he will make the appointment himself.
